Editor dashboard
A clear, actionable overview of all content an editor owns - what needs updating within 30 days, what is overdue, and what is most viewed. Role-based: editors see their own content, site owners see their sites, hubsite owners get cross-site visibility, with configurable review rules.
Governance and automation
Daily checks for valid content owners and required metadata, automatic deletion of outdated news, and rule-based metadata tagging and audience targeting - all logged to a database for advanced Power BI reporting.
Notifications
Automatic, customizable emails alert editors when content lacks an owner, is non-compliant, or needs review - and the site owner is notified when content has no owner.
Web parts and news module
Users subscribe to specific news channels or topics directly in SharePoint; editors target news to centrally- or user-managed audiences, with PnP Search integration for advanced search and expertise overviews.
Visible ownership and review status
Each page can display its responsible owner, last review date and compliance status - increasing transparency and user trust in intranet content.
