What data we collect
We collect personal data that you provide directly and data generated automatically when you use the site:
- Form submissions - when you request a demo, apply to become a partner, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, work email, company, role, country, organization size, and any message or details you provide.
- Usage and device data - when you consent to statistics or marketing cookies, we collect information about how you use the site (pages visited, referring source, approximate location, browser and device type).
Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To respond to your request (demo, partner application, contact) and to enter into or perform a potential business relationship - legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To send you our newsletter - legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
- To analyze and improve the site and for marketing via cookies - legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), managed through our cookie banner.
- To protect our forms and site from spam and abuse - legal basis: our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers (data processors) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:
- HubSpot - CRM and website analytics/tracking.
- Brevo (Sendinblue) - delivery of transactional and newsletter emails.
- Google Analytics - website statistics (only with your consent).
- Cookiebot (Usercentrics) - cookie consent management.
- Microsoft - demo scheduling (Microsoft Bookings).
- Kinsta - website hosting (EU data center).
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some providers (such as HubSpot and Google) are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your data
We keep inquiry and CRM data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter as required to meet legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Cookie data is kept for the periods listed in our cookie policy.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data and to request rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and to object to processing.
